Conditions of Entry
By registering for and participating in the Doug Perkes Memorial U13 Local League Tournament, all teams (including all players, team staff, parents, and others associated with a team) agree to the following:
1. Acceptance of a team's entry releases the Tournament Committee and Officials, Tournament Sponsors, Arena Management and all connected with the tournament from any liability for injury or accident incurred by a Player or Team Official while attending or participating in the Tournament.
2. Acceptance of a team entry does not occur until both:
a) full payment of the $1,000 tournament entry fee has been received by the Tournament Committee, and
b) confirmation has been issued by the Tournament Committee that the team has been accepted and registered for the tournament.
3. Payment of the tournament entry fee in the amount of $1,000 must received within 5 days of the Team completing the tournament registration form and receiving official notice from the Tournament Director that the Team's registration has been accepted. Details on payment arrangements will be contained in the official acceptance notice.
