The A Championship final was between the Saugeen Valley Steelheads and the Mitchell Meteors.
After a scoreless first period, the Steelheads opened the scoring within the first minute of the second period and would hold onto this 1-0 lead throughout the rest of the period. The Meteors scored within the first minute of the third period to tie the game and then took the lead a couple minutes later on another goal. The Meteors then got into some penalty trouble that resulted in the Steelheads having a 5 on 3 powerplay. Unfortunately, the Steelheads were unable to capitalize on the opportunity. With three minutes to go, the Meteors scored again to stretch their lead to 3-1 which stood up as the final score.

As this marks the end of this year's 2025 Doug Perkes Memorial Tournament, the Tournament Committee would like to thank all 16 teams that participated.
